TC01 - PLC Basic
This course is designed to introduce engineers and technicians to PLC's. The trainee is shown how to use all the features of CX-Programmer whilst being introduced to basic PLC hardware and programming techniques. The course is primarily hands-on using dedicated training equipment incorporating our CJ1 PLC's.
TC02 - PLC Advanced
This course is designed to provide an operational knowledge of more advanced software instructions and programming techniques. With a “hands-on” approach, the trainee is introduced to the concepts of data shifting, indirect addressing and program flow operations, in addition to special I/O module set-up and addressing. Software design and documentation are covered in detail, along with the diagnostic tools available in CX-Programmer, enabling the user to quickly diagnose and correct process faults on their PLC controlled installation.
TC04 PLC Structured Text
Designed as an introduction for engineers and technicians, the course covers the Structured Text language adopted within the CP, CJ and CS PLC’s.
TC05 PLC SFC Programming
This course is designed to introduce the engineer to understanding the advantages of using SFC (Sequential Flow Chart) programming. The trainee is shown how to implement an application in the SFC language.
TC101 - Customised One-to-One
This is a customised training course, for one attendee, designed to your specific needs. We will develop the course based on your specific requirements.
TC102 - Customised One-to-N
This is a customised training course, for up to 8 attendees, designed to your specific needs. We will develop the course based on your specific requirements.

TC114 - Collaborative Robots (Basic)
This course is designed to introduce engineers and technicians to the OmronTM collaborative robot.
TC115 – Collaborative Robots (Advanced)
This course is ideally suited to engineers who have already attended the course ‘TC114 - Collaborative Robots (Basic)’, looking to use the advanced features of the Omron Collaborative robot.
TC116 - Collaborative Safety
This course is designed to educate engineers and technicians how to operate the OMRON TM collaborative robot safely.
TC25 - Variable Speed Drives Basic
The course is hands-on with each trainee operating their own inverter drive training unit. The course will start by explaining, in non-mathematical terms, how an AC electric motor works, and why varying the frequency causes speed change. By the end of the course, trainees will have gained an understanding of the application and operation of variable speed drives.
TC250 - Automation Pack – PLC Week
This course combines the TC01 and TC02 automation courses, on 5 consecutive days.
TC251 - Sysmac Pack 1 - Sysmac Studio & NA HMI Visualisation
This course combines the TC51 and TC55 courses, on 3 consecutive days, to introduce engineers and technicians to the integration of the Sysmac controller and the Sysmac NA HMI.
TC252 - Sysmac Pack 2 - NA HMI Visualisation & Motion
This course combines the TC54 and TC55 courses, on 3 consecutive days, to introduce engineers and technicians to Sysmac motion and the Sysmac NA HMI.
TC253 - Sysmac Pack 3 - Sysmac Studio, NA HMI Visualisation & Motion (Sysmac week)
This course combines the TC51, TC54 and TC55 courses, to introduce engineers and technicians, to the integrated Sysmac solution, using the NJ controller NA HMI and Sysmac motion.
TC51 - Sysmac Control Basic
This course is designed to introduce engineers and technicians to Sysmac controllers.
TC53 - Sysmac EtherCAT Safety
The Sysmac Safety Course is an introduction to Omron’s Sysmac Safety Platform. It is for technicians and software engineers already familiar with Omron’s Sysmac Studio Software platform and the associated hardware.
TC54 - Sysmac Motion Control
This course is designed to introduce engineers and technicians to the fundamentals of Sysmac motion.
TC55 - Sysmac NA HMI
This course is designed to introduce engineers and technicians to the Sysmac HMI, the NA.
TC56 - Sysmac SQL
Designed to illustrate the powerful, yet easy, implementation of Sysmac SQL database connection features.
TC57 - Sysmac Structured Text
Designed as an introduction for engineers and technicians, the course covers the Structured Text language adopted within Sysmac Studio.
TC67 - MQTT(S) with the Sysmac Platform
This course is designed to train programmers and engineers the basics of using MQTT and MQTTS with Sysmac Platform Controllers.
TC68 – OPC UA with the Sysmac Platform
This course is designed to train programmers and engineers the basics of using the OPC UA Server function with Sysmac Platform Controllers.
