TC250 - Automation Pack – PLC Week
This course combines the TC01 and TC02 automation courses, on 5 consecutive days.
TC251 - Sysmac Pack 1 - Sysmac Studio & NA HMI Visualisation
This course combines the TC51 and TC55 courses, on 3 consecutive days, to introduce engineers and technicians to the integration of the Sysmac controller and the Sysmac NA HMI.
TC252 - Sysmac Pack 2 - NA HMI Visualisation & Motion
This course combines the TC54 and TC55 courses, on 3 consecutive days, to introduce engineers and technicians to Sysmac motion and the Sysmac NA HMI.
TC253 - Sysmac Pack 3 - Sysmac Studio, NA HMI Visualisation & Motion (Sysmac week)
This course combines the TC51, TC54 and TC55 courses, to introduce engineers and technicians, to the integrated Sysmac solution, using the NJ controller NA HMI and Sysmac motion.
TC261 – Collaborative Robot Training Pack 1
TC271 – Fixed Robot Training Pack 1
This course combines the fixed robot courses.
The trainee will be taken through the eV+ programming (TCD21) and ACE sight vision (TCD35) courses for OMRON fixed robots over 3 consecutive days.
TC280 – Mobile Robot (AMR) Training Pack 1
This course combines the AMR mobile robot courses on your site.
The trainee will be taken through the mobile robot programming (TCD24) and fleet management (TCD25) courses for OMRON mobile robots (AMR), over 5 consecutive days.
TC281 – Mobile Robot (AMR) Training Pack 2
This course combines the AMR mobile robot courses on your site.
The trainee will be taken through the mobile robot programming (TCD24) and fleet management (TCD25) courses for OMRON mobile robots (AMR), over 5 consecutive days.
TC41 - Smart Vision
The Vision Sensor course is an introduction to Omron's Vision Sensors. It is for technicians, engineers and operators who either have little or no experience of the hardware and programming environment.
TC42 - Vision Systems Basic
The Vision Systems Basic course is an introduction to the FH Vision System for technicians and engineers who either have little or no experience of the FH programming environment.
TC51 - Sysmac Control Basic
This course is designed to introduce engineers and technicians to Sysmac controllers.
TC53 - Sysmac EtherCAT Safety
The Sysmac Safety Course is an introduction to Omron’s Sysmac Safety Platform. It is for technicians and software engineers already familiar with Omron’s Sysmac Studio Software platform and the associated hardware.
TC82 - Programmable Safety relays (G9SP)
This course is designed to introduce the engineer to the G9SP programmable safety relay. Attendees should ideally have had some exposure to functional safety, but it is not essential.
TC88 - Machine safety basics and circuits
This course is designed to introduce the engineer to machine safety and some of the basic principles including safety functions, performance levels and how to create simple circuits. Attendees should ideally have had some exposure to functional safety, but it is not essential.
TC89 - Machine safety verification and validation
This course is designed to show the steps required to verify and validate a safety project involving standard and programmable safety controllers according to ISO 13849 Attendees should have a working knowledge in functional safety, an overview is provided at the beginning of the course though.
