OC5: Introduction to Variable Speed Drives Course

The course is hands-on with each delegate operating their own inverter drive training unit. The course will start by explaining in non-mathmatical terms how an electric motor works and why varying the frequency causes speed change. By the end of the course, delegates will have gained an understanding of the application and operation of variable speed drives.
