OC1: Basic PLC CX-Programmer Training Course

This course is designed to introduce engineers and technicians to PLC's using CX-Programmer software. The trainee is shown how to use all the features of CX-Programmer whilst being introduced to basic PLC programming techniques. The course is primarily hands-on using dedicated training equipment incorporating Omron's C200H Alpha PLC'S.

Course details:

  Introduction to PLC technology:

• Explanation of PLC terminology
• System configuration
• I/O addressing and memory map

• Uploading & downloading application programs

• Modifying, inserting and deleteing programs

• Block monitoring of program elements

The Primary objective of the 2 day course is to provide a comprehensive introductionto the Omron range of PLC's and the CX-Programmer software. The course is suitable for engineers and technicianswho have no prior knowledge of PLC's and experienced programmers who wish to learn the to use the featurs of the CX-Programmer. All course prices are subject to VAT.
