Because machines are pre-registered in a database, details are available to the nearest service-support centre, which is able to plan maintenance requirements before they arise and give assistance directly and promptly upon notification of any emergency requirement. Moreover, maintenance is tailored to individual requirements so that the parts you need are just a short distance away.

Standard Service Program

Upon notification of a breakdown by the OEM, Yaskawa Engineering Europe engage to contact the nearest Yaskawa service centre, which approaches the user and provides direct support to solve the problem. In the case of product warranty, the on-site service or in-house repair is free of charge.
