Safety-door switches with separate actuator can be used in applications with sliding, hinged and, particularly, removable safety guards that need to be closed for operational security. The family offers unique features such as make-before-break-contacts (MBB) in the D4NS as well as M12 connectors.

Safety Guard Lock
Sliding, hinged and removable guarding devices such as grids, hoods or doors can be monitored and locked in place by using safety guard locks. They are also used where the opening of a guard is a non-permissible intrusion into the production process.

Non-Contact Switch
The non-contact switches offer advantages in applications where a precise approach of the guard and lock is not possible. Applications with a large amount of dirt or high hygienic standards can also be addressed.

Safety-Hinge Switch
Easy adjustment of the switch point is one of the benefits of using D4NH safety hinge switches. They can be installed directly onto pivoting safety guards and monitor the position of the guard.
