User Administration

User class levels can be set within the system, to give an individual user full or restricted access to the system. The administration of users is completed through the system and is fully traceable.

Xpectia - Pharma also includes an automatic logout function, which works after a pre-set time interval.

Audit Trail

Xpectia - Pharma includes a recordable audit trail, which logs all user actions with a date and time stamp.

All setting changes, program modifications and production states can easily be traced back to a specific user and time.

Program Revision History

Xpectia - Pharma records and stores all programme modifications by user, time and date stamp.

The programme revision history allows users to view and restore all previous programme revisions at administration level.

Printed Configuration Document

The Xpectia - Pharma system includes a tool for producing and printing a program configuration document in text form.
