The Flow-Menu is an ideal tool to re-build the process sequences inside the vision platform.

FlexXpect-Pharma is the ideal choice for companies in the pharmaceutical sector that require a cost-effective automated inspection solution. To facilitate validation to the FDA 21 CFR Part 11 standard, it incorporates facilities for user administration, maintenance of audit trails, generation and export of configuration data, and tracking of program revision history. Examples of the functions it offers are date and batch code inspection, barcode and pharmacode verification, label and packaging inspection, and defect inspection.

Designed to deliver tailored functionality for the inspection of labels and packages, FlexXpect-Labelling offers OCR/OCV functionality for almost any print or character type. This includes polar transformation for characters on curved paths, barcode and data matrix reading. It also supports 360° label unwrapping on bottles and cans. For applications in the automotive industry, FlexXpect-Glue Bead inspects the complete sealing of parts in a single operation. Real-colour functionality allows any type of seal to be identified and checked, irrespective of its apparent visibility. Glue bead inspection features automatic path calculation and checks for the correct path, correct thickness of the path and also for the presence of breaks in the path.
