Pressing
Our equipment, including sensors, is used widely in press applications for operation safety and efficiency in several industries, notably in the food branch, where stainless-steel and anti-microbial plastic offer resistance to microbes and harsh cleaning regimes. Among others, they are used to ensure presses run correctly without sticking.

Our laser sensors are also used to shorten setting-up and adjustment time when moulding dies need changing. In conjunction with an Omron multi-controller they are also used for precise press-die alignment to prevent mould damage and increase production efficiency.
