Metal tray detection
The metal trays are detected with a proximity sensor, so that when the tray is in the correct position the produce is pushed on prior to baking.

The E2FM & E2FD are designed for use in the food industry with either a stainless steel face in the case of the E2FM or anti-microbial plastic in the case of the E2FD. This makes them resistant to dirt and microbes associated with food production.
