Mould management with RFID
New RFID with global standard frequency, heat-resistant and ultra-compact tags.
Challenge
For mould management, the conventional mechanical ID tags require a large space and the ID memory is limited. RFID is a good solution for mould management but conventional RFID has some issues such as the radio frequency regulations in each country, the lack of tag heat resistance, limited memory capacity, or the number of rewrites, etc.

Solution
With a global standard frequency you can ship to global device makers in many countries. Heat-resistant and ultra-compact tags can be attached to hot moulds. Handheld type reader/writers allow you to manage moulds in a production line, as well as stocks. The large tag memory enables data to accompany the moulds so it is visible locally.

Benefit
A system that is resistant to unexpected system shut down and one that is flexible enough to operate with both centralized and local management.
