Monitoring flow rate
A linear output flow sensor is used in the pipe to measure the flowrate through the tube, the K3HB-X is used as a local display.

This can be the first indication of potential problems within the system, a leak would cause the flow rate to increase as the liquid is lost a blockage would cause a decrease in flow rate.
